- You can also select Add Payment Method. Enter your payment info and payment date and select Continue.
Payment methods include:
- Checking or savings account
- Debit card
- Credit card
- Here, you can select Save for Future Payments. In addition, your payment method can be also used for one-time payments in the future.
- Verify your payment details to finish the bill payment process.
Payments made or scheduled after the maturity date may be subject to late fees and/or collection activity. When a payment is scheduled, you’ll receive an email notification at the email address we’ve got on record.
Making a Payment Using the My Spectrum App
- Sign in to the Spectrum Account app using your Spectrum username and password.
- Choose the Billing tab.
- Tap the Make Payment button.
- From here, you’ll be able to adjust the Payment Amount, the Payment Date and the Payment Method.
- Once you’ve made sure all your payment info is correct, tap Make Payment. You’ll get a confirmation message.
Canceling a One-Time Payment
To cancel a future-dated one-time payment:
- Choose Cancel Payment in the Billing section.
- Choose Cancel Payment to confirm.
Pay Your Spectrum Business Bill Online

Note: The maximum payment using the online portal is $1,000.
To make an online payment:
- Sign in.
- You’ll be redirected to the Account Summary page.
- Choose the Billing tab at the top of the screen.
- Select Make a Payment.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the payment.
Pay your bill by Spectrum Phone number
You can use the machine-driven service to pay your bill over the phone. They accept payment using your:
- Checking or savings account
- A debit card or MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card
Note: If you choose to make your payment by phone with the assistance of a customer service agent, you’ll be charged a $5.00 processing fee.
Bank Website
